2004-08-27: The Olympic Games Again
No fairness gold medals for the German eventing team (J. Rogge). For me, that’s nearly fraud. For most people, however, — except some Frenchmen — the German team along with B. Hoy still are the true winners and gold medalists.
The valuation of the scoring judges at these Olympic Games were, by the way, sometimes quite … calculable (I don’t explicitly refer to valuations for German athletes but mostly to athletes of other nations!). It seems that this won’t (ever?) change.
